The Council Bluffs River’s Edge development includes the development of 65,000 sq. ft. office building, 750 stall parking garage, 230 apartment units and 6,300 sq. ft. of retail space.

For this project Rainscreen Solutions LLC received in 2017 contract to provide shop, fabrication drawings, structural calculations and all material for metal panel rainscreen system.
