The four dormitories are grouped around a central courtyard and linked to one another by bridges that also function as student lounges. Emphasis was placed on shared and social spaces. Combined, the four new Residence Halls will offer: 1 large event space with retractable seating so that the space can function as a lecture, concert or banquet hall, 3 seminar rooms, 3 club rooms, 2 multistory bridge lounges that connect the buildings 4 large common areas at the entrance of each building, 1 student lounge per floor in every building 1 health and wellness room with a terrace that will serve as a multipurpose space for yoga, meditation classes and more.
For this project Rainscreen Solutions LLC received in 2016 contract to engineer exterior stainless steel panel system based on Pohl Europlate system.
