The 202 8th Street was the second Pohl Engineering LLC project for JDS Development Group. The newly constructed 12 story ultra-luxury rental development is located on the border of Brooklyn’s well-known Park Slope and dynamic Gowanus neighborhoods.
The building contains 51 units and over 61,000 square feet of livable space. Located on a tree lined townhouse block, 202 8th Street offers modern homes with vast spaces lit by tall banks of windows framing.
For this project Pohl Engineering LLC / Rainscreen Solutions LLC were pleased to provide engineering service for terra-cotta K-20 ( Agrob-Buchtal ) system and several custom systems of metal panels.
