Walker Tower is a historic restoration and expansion of a former office building into the finest luxury apartment house in New York City. Building amenities include a 24-hour concierge, fitness center, children’s playroom, and a roof terrace. Four newly constructed penthouse floors sit atop the luxury property. Walker Tower garners its name from Ralph Thomas Walker, who was hailed in The New York Times as the “architect of the century”, and originally designed the building that would become Walker Tower, which was completed in 1929.

For this project Pohl Engineering LLC / Rainscreen Solutions LLC were pleased to provide elaborated design and engineering for ornamental metal panel’s façade system.
