Nu Skin invested more than $100 million in downtown Provo with its new expansion project.

The building added 168,000 square feet for a total of more than 300,000 square feet when combined with the existing high rise building.

The atrium was designed to be a focal point of the campus, encompassing 18,259 sqare feet and connecting the existing headquarters building with the new Innovation Center.

An expanded research and development space now totals 22,000 square feet.

The Nu Skin campus now expands to 10 acres, with more than 2.5 acres of green space.

Nu Skin has retained the architectural firm Bohlin Cywinski Jackson based in Seattle for the

Innovation center project and is contracting with Oakland Construction in Salt Lake City to manage the project.

For this project, Pohl Engineering LLC / Rainscreen Solutions LLC was pleased to provide engineering service for metal panel’s façade system.
