A new Intermountain Healthcare hospital is now under construction to serve a growing Davis County population. The new hospital, located at 201 W. Layton Parkway, west of I-15 and east of Flint Street, is expected to open mid-2018, and an adjacent medical office building will open in the fall of 2017. The 300,000-square-foot building will include 43 beds and four operating rooms, which is bigger than the nonprofit initially anticipated.

For this project Rainscreen Solutions LLC received in 2016 contract to engineer metal cladding system for the project.
